Hi everyone and welcome to my RUN IN STYLE website
Running is hard. It really is. I have been running since I was a kid. I was made to take part in races in school and I always said to myself – I will never run again once I turn into an adult! (I still remember how strongly I felt about that)
Little did I know….
I am nearly 30 and run more than ever! It is still hard – that hasn’t changed. But I appreciate running a lot more now and I would struggle to live without it.
I still race and I’m also a part of a running club but most importantly – running for me is a way to escape the busy days at work that can get very stressful, get rid of frustrations and just recharge – weirdly.
RUN SAFE AND IN STYLE
Running, I’m sure you know, can lead to injuries. I have had several shin splints and other issues over the years. Nothing to be proud of – it is a major inconvenience but, most importantly, it damages your body.
It is so important to take care of yourself mentally and physically, especially during these crazy and uncertain times. So, for those of you who like to run (and for those who are thinking of starting), there is a lot to consider.
